About Yoga & Yoga Therapy
The harmony between the mind –body-and soul leads to a healthy living which can be accomplished by making ayurveda and yoga our way of life. The two sciences are available in Sanskrit, the mother of all Indian languages. It is believed that Sanskrit grammer, yoga and ayurveda were all written by the same sage who took birth after birth to accomplish it in times immemorial. Prajna kuteera intends to promote all these three for a healthy living because it is believed that the impurities of the mind are cleansed by yoga, that of speech by Sanskrit grammer and that of the body by ayurveda.
